Update: Jessica and baby Honor Marie

The Warren family seems to be doing pretty good. They just returned from their first family trip, the Democratic National Convention and here you can find them doing a little shopping after their mini vacation.

Philadelphia's Pinkberry??!!

This past Sunday my boyfriend and I were enjoying the gorgeous weather by browsing the stores on South Street when I spotted this very chic, trendy yogurt store. I thought for a second that Pinkberry had finally made its way to Philly, but instead I saw a sign that read "Phileo Yogurt."

I had to check it out for myself and to my surprise it was way better than Pinkberry! (shhh...I still like Pinkberry, but Phileo Yogurt is much closer and more affordable). They have all sorts of flavored frozen yogurt ranging from cheesecake, to blueberry, to cookies and cream and my favorite-mango flavored yogurt. It's a do-it yourself frozen yogurt store, you can mix the different flavors and add your own toppings. I made a mango yogurt topped with fresh mangoes, blueberries, mochi and gummi bears...yummy!!!

After you finish designing your delicious dessert, you take it to the counter and they charge you by the ounce, only $0.49/oz. I like the fact that I didn't have to pay extra for all my toppings. My oh-so-good, perfectly sized yogurt cost me $2.77. If you haven't tried it yet, go check it out!

Easy French Manicure!

I'm all about having nicely groomed nails and I love a clean, simple French manicure. However, its hard to find that white tip nail polish that goes on as smoothly and beautifully as the ones in the professional nail salons. And those French Manicure kits that they sell in the stores just don't seem to cut it. But luckily, I've recently discovered Sally Hansen's 2 in 1 pencil that has answered my problem to thin, runny white nail polish.

The pencil's both a white tip pencil and a cuticle pusher for under $3! It usually takes me at least an 1hr and a half to give myself a French manicure, sometimes even longer. But now it only takes me 20 minutes! All you have to do is moisten the tip of the pencil with a little bit of water and then draw on your white tip on the edge of your nails. Really, its that simple! (The back of the package tells you to use the pencil underneath your nails, but I found it easier and nicer to draw right on top of your nail). The best part about it is that when you mess up you don't need to get out the acetone/nail polish remover to clean up your mistakes, just use a cotton swab dipped in water to clean up the little "boo-boo's." And if you still don't think the white tip that you've drawn in is perfect, you can go ahead and re-draw the tip in right on top of the old one. After I finished tipping all of my nails, I just topped it off with Sally Hansen's Crystal Clear Maximum Growth polish. And tah-dah... there you have it, a simple, quick, beautiful manicure :)

Honor Marie Warren

Proud parents, Jessica and Cash had their first baby on June 7 in Los Angeles at Cedars-Sinai Medical center. Unfortunately, there are no current pictures of the little Honor Marie, but I hear she's beautiful and looks like her mommy. Apparently, photos of Honor Marie will hit the stands sometime this summer.

There goes happy father Cash Warren and his bundled up, little girl Honor Marie on the streets of L.A.

Jessica after the baby:

This 27 year old actress looks great pre- and post- baby! PS-Jessica and Cash quietly got married at a courthouse a few weeks before Honor Marie was born. Anyhow, I'll keep you posted on any other news from the Warren family.

ESCADA

I'm doing my externship in Germany next January for 5 months and I just wanted to get familiar with a few of the famous German designers, I think I'll start with ESCADA...

Here's our girl Christy Turlington modeling off Escada's Fall/Winter 2008 Collection. She's the beautiful American face you can also find on Calvin Klein and Maybelline ads. Looking pretty good for 39!

Katherine Heigl always goes for a very elegant and classy look, and classy indeed is how she looked in February at the Oscars wearing this lovely red Escada gown back, I'd have to say that I love the look!

This skinny-minnie Eva is modeling for Magnum Devotion's Ice Cream in this sexy, gold dress by Escada down in Mexico City.

So far, I think I'm going to like Germany :) More designers to come...
